Clark Hamilton, the owner and principal operator, moved to the Sunshine Coast in 1973. From the outset he established himself as one of many quality builders of the coast and is a Red Seal Carpenter. Clark’s presence and influence can be seen throughout much of the downtown core of Sechelt and in many private residences up and down the Coast. We pride ourselves on being an open book operation – communication is key to helping our clients understand where their money is being spent when it comes to building their home.

Clark Hamilton

Clark moved to the Sunshine Coast 42 years ago. Like many of us, he was seeking a higher quality of life. After pursuing and establishing a successful endeavor in the commercial fish industry Clark turned to his passion to lead the way to creating what has now become Hamilton Fine Homebuilding.

Alongside Clark, he and his wife Linda established a family of five boys. No easy task on its own, let alone being coach to many levels of hockey and being heavily involved to this day with Rotary International and local community projects. Clark is the never ending power house that propels everyone around him forward.
